1. The Ancient Priesthood: Origins and the Fall
Long before priesthoods became institutions, there were simply beings of unusually high spiritual development living alongside humanity. In the era when multiple extraterrestrial races co-mingled with humans on the surface, some of these beings radiated such calm and presence that people naturally gathered around them - not because they demanded worship, but because their awareness itself helped others feel a more direct connection to Source. According to this account, it was only later that Archon-linked priesthood networks took the historical memory of those beings, rewrote the record, and recast them as gods who demanded personal worship - installing themselves as the necessary "intermediaries."
This reframing is also described as the real story behind the "Tower of Babel." Rather than a single dramatic event, it's presented as a folk memory of the fall of Atlantis itself: as the civilization fragmented, twelve high priestesses carried the knowledge outward in twelve different directions, and their separated lineages naturally generated new offspring - and new languages - branching away from the original Atlantean tongue.
Physical evidence gets a similar reinterpretation. Many ancient Goddess statues, particularly from Malta and the Roman world, survive without heads. Some were built that way on purpose - a single body could represent different aspects of the Goddess depending on the ritual, so an interchangeable head would be swapped on for each ceremony (a High Priestess aspect one day, a Sky Goddess aspect the next). Other statues, however, were deliberately decapitated later. Most of the headless Roman-era Goddess statues are attributed to a 4th-century wave of desecration, coinciding with an "Archon invasion" period in which Christian priests systematically broke the heads off Goddess imagery. That same 4th century is identified as the moment institutional control tightened hardest: Constantine's push for one synthetic state religion, forcing bishops to sign the Nicene decree at the Council of Nicaea under threat, effectively criminalizing everything else across the empire.
2. Guardians Below: The Agarthan Priesthood
Not every priesthood lineage went extinct on the surface - some simply never surfaced at all. Agartha, the inner-Earth civilization referenced throughout this material, is said to maintain its own core groups of priests and priestesses.
The Resistance Movement and the Agartha network are also described as jointly guarding a number of sacred caves scattered across the planet - one reportedly in Hawaii, another near Budapest. Some function as literal treasure caves holding crystals and objects of power; all of them are said to be reactivating as the timeline moves closer to "the Event," beginning to radiate Goddess power more strongly. Separately, mermaid priestesses connected to the Agartha civilization are described as maintaining temples directly beneath Budapest, linked to the thermal spring waters that still feed the city's hot baths today.
Priestesses Beyond Earth
A related group of female Pleiadian fleet and Resistance Movement members is described as stationed on an asteroid in the outer Solar System, tasked with relaying Goddess energy from the Galactic Central Sun toward Earth to help harmonize humanity.
3. Isis, the Sisterhood of the Rose & the Mystery Schools
The origin story given for the Goddess mysteries traces back to the Central Race - the first advanced civilization near the galactic center, described as physical "angels" (angelos, messenger) as much as etheric beings. A winged Goddess of the Central Race named Iona (also given as Aiona) is said to have brought the mysteries to Atlantis, personally initiating twelve priestesses. When Iona eventually left Earth, she passed the mission of keeping the Goddess flame alive to her student Isis - known to the Egyptians as Aset, and identified in this material as a being originally from the Sirius star system.
Isis founded mystery schools in Atlantis that went underground after its fall, re-establishing their main center in Egypt - a region described as extending across many Mediterranean islands at the time, with the principal temple on Malta serving as a permanent "light pillar." Legend holds the temples were built by giants. This is described as the true beginning of the Sisterhood of the Rose, many thousands of years ago.
Conference material adds that the very first mystery taught to initiates in Egypt - before symbols, tools, or sound - was simply silence: silence as the doorway to reception, reception as the doorway to surrender, and surrender as what allows Goddess and God energy to fully inhabit a physical body. A parallel strand of teaching centered on free will as the highest law in the universe - above any other will, respected even at the highest cosmic levels - and on learning to express yourself without triggering competition or comparison, starting simply by no longer comparing yourself to anyone else. The Egyptian Sphinx (a lion's body with a woman's head) is described as a symbol of that same balanced "lioness" power available to anyone carrying integrated masculine and feminine energy, while the cow-horn crown of Hathor and the use of milk in ceremony symbolize the divine feminine's role in sustaining and nurturing life.

The general public worshipped Isis simply as a protector deity - which is also, historically, exactly what happened: two thousand years ago, Isis worship was the most widespread religion across the Mediterranean. That popularity is presented as the very reason the Archons moved to hijack early Christianity, enforce the Nicene creed, and drive the mysteries "sub rosa" (underground) for well over a millennium.
The 18th-Century Revival Lineage
The mysteries resurfaced in earnest in the 18th century. In Venice, the older Renaissance-era order Ordo Bucintoro had already carried fragments forward - in 1516, an initiate named Julietta Montefeltro, a priestess of Goddess Venus, joined the order and transmitted a doctrine called Spiritus Eros, including the "sacrament of the bridal chamber." Two centuries later, Ordo Bucintoro initiated Saint Germain, Cagliostro, and Casanova - Casanova becoming a priest of Venus, and Cagliostro a priest of Isis who went on to found the Egyptian Masonic Rite of Misraim, an attempt to formally revive the Isis mysteries after nearly 2,000 years of dormancy. Most Misraim lodges were reportedly infiltrated by Jesuits almost immediately and misused by Italian Black Nobility. Mozart, initiated through a Templar-linked society near Salzburg, is described as another priest of Isis - one who chose to encode the mysteries into music, most famously in The Magic Flute.

Who Carries the Goddess Energy Now
A Quiet Political History
Across the centuries, the Sisterhood of the Rose is described as having repeatedly worked from behind the scenes to blunt the worst historical outcomes: contact with Eva Braun to help prevent worse scenarios during WWII; influence at the court of Saladin that hindered numerous battles; an "illogical" reinforcement army sent to a critically wounded Richard the Lionheart; and, according to this account, direct prevention of a past nuclear war. "The Goddess wants peace, and peace will be."
The Modern Reactivation
Cobra states he was personally instructed to recreate the Sisterhood of the Rose in the modern era. Groups multiplied from a handful to roughly 150 active weekly meeting groups worldwide within a decade. A pivotal moment came at a conference where representatives from 23 countries volunteered on the spot to become weekly SOTR anchors; Cobra performed a live initiation ceremony, describing Pleiadian High Priestesses (Semjase, Manuela, Stara) and Resistance Movement priestesses (Kelly, Leia, Sara, Anaya) as present just beneath the building and in ships overhead, alongside Ashtar Command's Ashtar Atina - with Isis Astara, watching from beyond the veil, calling it "the crown of her work." The groups are explicitly open to men as well - the intent is to anchor Goddess energy "for everybody," not to form an exclusively female group.
One conference note-taker described the actual initiation ceremony for a new group of 23 country-anchors in detail: 36 priestesses divided into three circles of 12 around flower-covered altars, moving through a sequence of tones - "N," then "I," then "E," then "O" - before chanting the mantra "ON" nine times, then walking the circle clockwise before each took a flower from the altar in turn. The energy in the room was described as strong enough that many women present were crying.
Looking further ahead, the plan described for after the Event is more concrete: funding is to be released to build new physical temples at chosen vortex points, and priestesses of the Rose are described as receiving direct teachings and training from the Light Forces at that stage on how to anchor Goddess energies more fully. In the meantime, the current approach is described deliberately as a "moderate, not risky, but very slow process," precisely because the surface population is not yet considered ready for a faster activation of human Kundalini energy - the amount of Goddess energy already present on the surface is described as one of the main factors determining how quickly the shift into the Age of Aquarius unfolds. Asked in 2022 what direction existing Sisterhood of the Rose groups should take, Cobra's message was to reunite and meet more often in person - noting that many groups had drifted into "various stages of decomposition" after lockdown-era isolation reduced physical meetings - to study the newer teachings on the Myrrhophore priestesses, and to consciously connect with Isis, whose energy was described as "coming back big time" that year.
There is currently no formally trained Goddess mystery school open on the surface. Fragments have been released through past workshops, and notes from those sessions do circulate, but Cobra describes this as only a partial picture - "there is much more to it." A related, more recent thread concerns the Myrrhophores - ancient Egyptian priestesses who brought myrrh to the dying. Their return is framed not as a literal reappearance of the priestesses themselves, but as fragments of a much larger science re-entering public awareness: the use of sacred oils (rose, sandalwood, and others used across Egypt, Greece, and India) to raise vibration and activate specific chakras and higher faculties - said to be able to penetrate even the etheric and plasma layers.
4. The High Priestess Lineage
A "High Priestess," in this framework, is not simply a titled role - it describes a woman capable of fully embodying the Goddess mysteries to a degree that measurably influences the entire planetary civilization, acting as a harmonizing anchor point for the planetary energy grid. According to a detailed 2019 post, there have been six on the surface of the planet in the modern era:
Since Isis Astara's death in 2018, the surface of the planet has had no High Priestess - described as an active destabilizing gap in the planetary Light grid. Whether or when this will be resolved is treated as classified: when asked directly whether there will be a High Priestess again, and separately whether there will be a High Priest, Cobra's answer both times was simply, "this is classified."
The post situates this gap against a striking timeline: on April 15, 2019, a ceremony is said to have fully anchored the Goddess mysteries on the surface for the first time since the Isis temple of Philae was shut down in the year 457 CE. That same day, Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris - built on the site of an old Isis temple - caught fire, alongside a separate fire near Solomon's Stables by Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. The post frames both fires as a deliberate response by Black Nobility-aligned interests, describing the Notre Dame fire (via a cited outside source) as functioning like a "burnt offering to Set," Isis's mythological adversary. Despite the fire, Notre Dame's famous Rose windows - the Sisterhood of the Rose's own symbol - survived intact.
5. France: Versailles, the Dragon Families & the Paris Vortex
Marie Antoinette receives particular attention across this material - both as an individual and as a symbol. Asked directly whether her reputation for a lavish lifestyle was accurate or a smear campaign, Cobra's answer was both: the lavish lifestyle was real ("there is nothing wrong with that"), but it was also actively weaponized by dark forces specifically because of her status as a goddess-priestess figure.
The Dragon Families and the Renaissance
The Renaissance itself is attributed in part to contact between Chinese emissaries and Florence in the 15th century, with ships bringing documents and knowledge that helped seed the movement. The relationship ran both directions: Jesuits later traveled to China in the 17th-18th centuries and brought ideas back to Europe, feeding a genuine 18th-century Parisian fascination with Chinese culture. Both Madame de Pompadour and, after her, Marie Antoinette were noted enthusiasts of Chinese porcelain, and Asian cabinets (and reportedly a Chinese pavilion) appeared in the European courts of the period. Occult lodges tied to the "Dragon Families" existed too - such as the Asiatic Brothers, active in late-18th-century Germany. Saint Germain himself is described as having a longstanding, genuine connection to China and the teachings of what's referred to as the "Blue Dragon" family, though the material is clear that only a very limited circle of highly advanced initiates were exposed to it - Goddess Dou Mou was not yet a major presence in Europe at that time. Versailles: Portals, Priestesses and the Petit Trianon
Beyond Pompadour, Princesse de Lamballe opened a female Masonic lodge, "La Candeur" - described as a key lodge of the Goddess - alongside a lodge called "Sororité Rose et Roi" (noted as not a genuine sorority). She is said to have opened a portal in Paris and Versailles on November 21, 1775, with a described energetic connection to the year 2025. Her operational center was the Temple of Love (originally the Temple of Venus) at Petit Trianon, built in 1778 under Saint Germain's guidance - a room with moving mirrors there is described as a genuine dimensional portal.
A previously undisclosed detail from a 2024 Paris workshop adds an Agartha connection to this same location: a secret entrance inside a cave at Petit-Trianon is said to have allowed direct communication between Agarthan high priestesses and both Marie Antoinette and Princess Lamballe, and separate tunnels beneath the Paris catacombs are described as having connected into the Agarthan Kingdom during the same 18th-century period.
A specific painting is also singled out: François Boucher's "Sylvie heals Philis from the sting of a bee," which hangs at the headquarters of the Banque de France, some thirty meters above roughly 2,000 tons of gold reserves. Boucher, described as initiated into the Goddess mysteries, is said to have encoded a message into the piece connected to the phrases "Love brings Abundance" and "Peace brings Abundance" (the latter also the title of another Boucher work).
Notre Dame and the 2018 Kundalini Activation
Between November 8th and 11th, 2018 - exactly 225 years after the revolutionary "Goddess of Reason" activation - Resistance Movement priestesses are described as surfacing near Notre Dame in Paris to perform a planetary Kundalini activation, deliberately timed to help heal the unresolved trauma of the French Revolution. The activation is credited as the occult trigger behind the Yellow Vest movement, which began within weeks, and as the start of an ongoing wave of Kundalini activation across humanity - tied specifically to women reclaiming sexual energy and bodily expression. Cobra later acknowledged the follow-through fell short of expectations: the initial impulse was strong through the first half of 2019, but dark forces mounted a counter-offensive that suppressed the Kundalini activation again, compounded by unresolved trauma many women were carrying. "This project was absolutely not successful."
One detail specific to the November 2018 events: women who were photographed running unclothed in Paris that month are described as unconsciously "undoing the Matrix" through the act itself - part of the same activation. Conference notes frame the underlying obstacle in blunt terms: the current active program on the surface is simply "good girl or bad girl" (nice or naughty), with women conditioned to hide sexual expression and everyone left silently asking "what does she want?" A more recent workshop describes an active push to reactivate a "New Atlantis" project centered on Paris, requiring both a feminine anchor (existing SOTR groups in Paris and Versailles) and a new masculine one - a proposed St. Germain study circle tasked with physically visiting libraries, archives, and museums to recover suppressed 18th-century documents connected to Pompadour, Lamballe, Marie Antoinette, and Saint Germain himself, most of whose original writings were reportedly destroyed in a deliberate fire. 6. Sacred Sexuality, the Programming & Sacred Union

The pentagram represents the five elements - fire, earth, air, water, and ether - encircled for protection, described as the number underlying life itself, visible in the Fibonacci spiral found in embryos, shells, and DNA. The Ankh, meanwhile, is presented as the "key of life" and the "breath of life": part infinity symbol, part Yoni-Lingam union, used historically to connect to the higher self or to channel the Goddess presence directly (as in the myth of Isis reviving Osiris through breath passed via the Ankh). In Atlantean times, priests and priestesses are also described as building large, powerful silver constructions used specifically as portals to other dimensions.
The Sexual Implant
A recurring technical claim across the conference material concerns an implant said to sit roughly three finger-widths above the navel in every human being, blocking the free flow of Kundalini energy. It is described as programmed differently by sex: women are able to access heart-level connection but are cut off from sexual energy, while men experience the reverse - open to sexual energy but blocked from the heart. This is presented as the root of a great deal of male-female miscommunication, with the proposed healing path being for women to consciously descend into and reclaim second-chakra sexual energy, and for men to consciously raise Kundalini up into the heart.

In this account, Archon-directed infiltrators specifically targeted and assaulted priestesses of the Goddess civilizations, seeding a subconscious fear response in women that (per this framework) conflates ordinary human men with the actual predators, alongside a "good girl / bad girl" shame program discouraging open sexual expression. The healing route described is for the most awakened women - and specifically priestesses who have reintegrated heart and sexual energy - to begin reclaiming and expressing that energy openly, on their own terms.
Soul Families, Soul Mates & Twin Souls
A 2018 post lays out a more formal framework for how souls relate to one another:

The same post describes two layers of programming used to disrupt these connections: "vertical" implant programming, which disconnects a person from their own higher-dimensional Soul, and "horizontal" implant programming, which disconnects partners from each other - most effectively, it argues, by suppressing female sexual energy, since controlling that single variable is presented as the most efficient way to delay an entire society's evolution. Every Goddess temple had an adjoining sacred lake, where a female angelic being - under the guidance of Iona - anchored the vortex itself.
